Top Ten Tuesday | Book Places I’d Like to Visit

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018.

I’m back with another Top Ten Tuesday! (Errr- top 7 Tuesday? Seven is the most powerfully magical number *shout out Binge Mode HP*) This topic was actually really hard for me- which is why there’s only seven- and most of them are either HP or Percy Jackson. Oh well, here we go!

1 Hogwarts

The obvious answer! If I had to pick one place at Hogwarts though, it’d be Dumbledore’s office, cause there’s so many cool things in there (Sorting Hat! Pensieve! Maaaaybe the Sword of Gryffindor?? Where did that end up?!) plus all the Headmasters’ portraits!

2 Hogsmeade/Diagon Alley

I combined these two because they’re kind of the same thing in terms of having shops and such. I loved visiting HP World at Universal LA a couple years ago and would love to visit Orlando one day to see their version of Hogsmeade!

3 Ministry of Magic

I think it’d be really cool to check out the Ministry. Especially if I get to start in the telephone booth and get a cool nametag.

4 King’s Cross

This is on my bucket list of places I’d like to visit someday. Gotta get a pic at Platform 9 3/4.

5 Mount Olympus

Taking an elevator in the Empire State Building to Mount Olympus? Yes please.

6 The Underworld

Juxtaposed with Mount Olympus but maybe even better? Hades AND Persephone AND Charon AND CERBERUS are down there. That’s a party.

7 Red London

Had to get a London in here and I think I’d be most comfortable in Red London. It’s got magic and it’s really lively and I feel like there’d be a very high chance of me dying in any of the other Londons lol.

Any other bookish places you would want to visit? Let me know in the comments! 🙂
